Apparently they hadn't spoken 2 weeks prior b/c they were fighting. He did live close to her but presumably the police would have cleared him as a suspect.

13 seconds in there's an older white woman in a pink shirt. She didn't look like she could outrun the debris that was cascading down the street. There are lots of clips out there like this. Lots of people who didn't necessarily work or live in the area and weren't first responders were in the area. It wasn't expected that the towers would collapse so the area was evacuated.

I would guess the bodies of the most of the dead (who weren't burned in the buildings) were found as part of the recovery process.

To me it all hinges on whether it was her in the lobby.
If not her, then I think she was murdered the night before.
