You know, it's amazing but Lindsey Graham now comes off as a moderate in today's political climate. Of the Republican leadership, it seems like he's the ONLY one to stick to his principles. He admits he doesn't like Trump's policies and that he didn't vote for him.

Mitch McConnell crawled back into his shell and let's not even get started on Paul "Testicle Shrinkage" Ryan.

(My favorite used to be McCain until he picked Palin as a running mate. Despite this lack of judgement, he is unquestionably a brave and tenacious human being. He will always have my respect for his service. I'd like to see the orange one survive a day on the plantation.)

Sensible? His closing statement in the primary debate was "I killed a man"
Kinda unhinged.

I won't say I really like them, but:

-I am amused by Lindsey Graham - his interview on the Daily Show where he played pool with Trevor last year was epic
-I like some of what Kasich has to say (although he's super conservative socially-he just is able to come off as less of a jackass because he seems to be capable of compromise)
-I have been enjoying Evan McMullin's interviews and tweets. He does NOT screw around with his flat out disdain for the POS in chief

I think I actually DO like Ana Navarro lately. I could totally sit down with her. Have a few drinks. Her twitter account is something to behold.

Graham is hot and cold. One day he will be okay and the next your standard GOP hack. Kind of like McCain.

Graham is the only one of the candidates for 2016 who had actually served in the military. The rest are all chicken hawks.

She votes GOP in committee, allowing DeVos to get to the floor, so yeah, she's a republican.

I can't believe the upside down world we are living in where I actually agree with anything graham has to say.

Jon Stewart used to go after him hard. I mean, his graham takedowns were brutal.

He still is a blowhard, but since he is one of the only ones who stands up Occasionally to dear leader, he is slightly less odious.

I honestly wish he would admit to the world who he truly is in his personal life. We all know, Lindsey, and it really is ok

Reluctant Republican. Paleo, I can't wait to find out where you land in 15 years. You are so fortunate to have this forum to help guide you. Please, please take political philosophy classes. I think you'll enjoy them.

John McCain seems principled.

Dem here. Another vote for John Kasich.

Except that in a totally cynical move, he chose Sarah Palin as his running mate.

Is the purpose of this thread to trash each others choices? Or is the person who was bullied as a child and hates life the only one responding rudely to what started as a kind thread.

Dude, lighten up. You are harming your own body by being such a dick all the time.
