For those who need to access Deal, still AU Park because it's the least expensive sure thing. Shepherd Park is likely to lose access in the next 5 years, and has no Metro access.

Source for this?

In Potomac? No that's a Bethesda thing. I don't think I have ever seen a McMansion in Potomac. Just nice larger older homes. And when a new home is built its an area that already has large homes. Do you know what a McMansion is? Because it's when a weirdly large ridiculous looking house is built in a place that it doesn't belong and stands out like a sore thumb. It's everywhere in Bethesda. Not Potomac.

Who 'needs' access to Deal?

People with kids in public schools?

Specifically the walkable areas. Most of 22207 is a driver's zone

22205 is where it's at

+1. 22205 has been very good to me

Sigh. Now we are stuck with rapidly rising housing prices, the best restaurants, rec centers and parks. And we can walk to them

I love Potomac for FINALLY embracing the ethnic diversity, love seeing that more and more
people of all races buying homes there. It is finally starting to look like the rest of the MoCo
and with MoCo equal and fair distribution of moderately priced dwelling units for working class sector
into Bethesda, ChCh and Potomac,. we will see only improvement in this areas soon.
Yey!
