Left is just gaslighting the right

This thread just furthers my belief that I want nothing to do with the right. Not my president indeed.

Not led by bullies.....The Left are the bullies!

This is what I mean-- civil war is down the road.

There will be no civil war. The idea some birkenstock sandal-wearing, grape eating grungy guy is going to have the balls to arm himself and take on the US Government is a hilarious picture. Not going to happen. For a while they will whine and moan and suck their thumbs and speed-text mommy his widdle feewings are hurt, make big plans to disrupt the inauguration, then he'll go back to playing Nintendo, watching My Little Pony, or worrying when the climate is going to change and kill him along with all those cute cuddly polar bears.

Again: not going to happen, a civil war. Leftists are too cowardly, have too much weenie in the backbone to fight for what they believe in which is a pampered, protected life in a permanent safe space.

This election has made my year. I haven't found so much to laugh at in so long my sides are hurting. But I am also sad that half the manhood of this nation are hardly men at all but granola-sucking crybabies.

No matter what she did, it wouldn't be enough for you unless she spent 24/7 out there protesting the protests, so I guess by your own definition you are gas lighting us supposed gas lighters. This is getting confusing.

It's not about misogyny; it's about jobs and having enough money to pay bills and support one's family.

I agree, but the Hillary supporters just don't want to hear it. They'd rather keep losing.

Well people aren't going to be able to do that if they don't have skills to offer. Our world has changed and these people's skill sets are obsolete. They didn't keep up with technology.

So you're saying what? Just screw them?

The free trade deals and insistence on unimpeded globalism could've been paired with an eye toward looking out for those who would be hurt.

You know, the left hasn't been oblivious to these people's problems. Obama has tried to pass an infrastructure jobs program that would create construction jobs all over the US but he couldn't get Republicans in Congress to pass it. Obama cared about these people and so does Clinton, but they couldn't get it through the Republicans.

I feel for these people, too. I have cousins in PA who are having a hard time getting by. Both my grandfathers were coal miners but now the biggest industry left in my hometown is funeral homes. I got a good education and have a good job, but I had to leave my hometown to get both.

There is this assumption out there that Democrats are heartless and don't care about the plight of these people, but it's not true. We care and we have always wanted to help them. Look at how Clinton really tried to make a difference with the water for the people of Flint. I submit that we certainly care and always will more than a charlatan like Trump does. It's just difficult to accomplish your agenda when Congress says NO at every step.

Maybe not, but let me tell you, I have a number of gay ex-military and police men on my fb feed who have been talking about arming themselves if Trump tries to roll back their freedom and they are prepared to fight.

You've had 8 years, and you're only just getting it?

You were duped by your own side.

Clinton promised to put the Coal Mines out of work and destroy the industry, and now probably wonders how in the hell she lost Pennsylvania.

Brilliant strategy, that.

Maybe place a higher value on training and/or being willing to leave their one-horse company town. Yes, we make a good living here, but neither of us could have done that in the towns we were raised in. It's not the government's job to prop you up because nobody wants the product your plant was selling.

Okay, so you're already Republicans. Fair enough.

Genuine question: with your odd capitalization of 'Coal Mines,' are you posting from the U.S.?

Also, can you not see how PP addressed what you're talking about? Wanting to support infrastructure efforts as Obama attempted? Why can you not begin to address anything of substance?

You probably don't even get how clueless you sound. (Hint - someone in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, or Ohio could have told you, if you had bothered to care....).

"F*ck you, but vote for me!" turned out to be not-such-a-winning strategy after all. You would have thought people who are as smart as the Clintons and Obamas claim to be, could have figured that out, but the Electoral College map seems to disagree with you. (And no matter how much you pout about the popular vote, if you passed a civics class in high school, you should know how the Electoral College works.)

Guess what - the Cleveland Indians scored as many runs as the Cubs did! They just didn't do it by the right margins in the right games.

Not only do Republicans now have the Presidency and both Houses of Congress, but they'll have the Supreme Court for a generation and most state governorships. And smug liberals have only themselves to blame:

"F*ck you! Vote for me or you're a racist bigot!"

Please keep banging that drum, so that we can keep watching you implode (I'm gonna need more popcorn though!)

So then why do the Trump voters want a free job handout??
