North Carolina and Transgender Bathrooms

(I actually am in favor of letting transgender people use whatever bathroom they want to, but this might be a good intermediary step.) Laughing my ass off at the visual of perverts putting on dresses to get into the ladies' room. Has that ever happened, anywhere that bathroom laws have been implemented?

Yes.

It has happened in several cases including womens changing rooms.

If I recall correctly an elementary girl using a restroom at a place like Walmart was sexually assaulted by a man pretending to be transgendered.

This has nothing to do with a bathroom law.

Not just a man in a dress.

The real threat is the man who "feels" like a woman today abusing a stupid policy and no one willing to challenge him because well it's the law.

This is stupidity masked in kindness at its height.

Thank you! People on here are oblivious to the dangers posed by sexual predators and perverts.

Is this a serious question?

Yes, yes it has happened.

Link? Looking for pervert male + dress + bathroom law, thanks

No link is needed. What if any creepy male is allowed into your locker room changing area. His defense is "I'm trans"? Figure it out, it's a disaster waiting to happen. The number of male sexual deviants probably outnumbers the trans community.

A convicted sex offender claimed to identify as a transgendered woman to gain access to womans restrooms:

It has everything to do with bathroom/locker room law.

Who is being naive? Sexual predators are not going to be deterred by any bathroom laws either way. I don't assume that my children are safe from creeps just because there are rules. Little boys and girls have been assaulted in bathrooms and locker rooms for as long as there have been bathrooms and locker rooms.

Don't be nonsensical. I have yet to see any links that show a state that allows transgender men to use the women's room + man dressing up. All I have seen is sexual predators who dress up to try to access female dorms, which I believe has been happening since Animal House and Bosom Buddies.

That's what they're betting on. Theres hardly been long enough to collect data on allowing Transgenders into the bathroom. So by PP's logic, it's all fine! Crazy.
