North Carolina and Transgender Bathrooms

If that study is invalid, please, do provide a study of your own. You've shot down all of mine, once providing a quote which by all accounts appears to have been fake and made up by yourself.

So please, since you are the one who wants to change the law, show me one study saying that transgender individuals have a lower crime rate than cisgender males.

Please. I'll wait.

Who's rhe idiot who isn't noticing the difference between FTM and MTF? It's not surprising that when you give a female male hormones, they become more violent. Of course, these FTM will be going into the men's room, not the women's room.

You can give anyone all the hormones and surgery they want, but it will not change the DNA and chromosones they were born with.

Good job missing the point.

Problem is that a man, turned woman will still likely be much stronger than most real women out there. A woman, turned man, I think most guys could hold their own against. Barring someone like Serena Williams....

LOL!! Some people are just so dumb, and so naive, and so stupid.

Men would love this rule.

Sorry 13 year old girl feeling insecure about your body- we wouldn't want to be "prudish"- go get naked next to your classmate!

What a wonderful, compassionate stance to take!

You do realize the communal area of a restroom doesn't involve getting naked, right? Or are you saying the 13 year old is insecure about washing their hands?

Do you not understand the concept of locker rooms? This is the second time you seem to have missed it...

locker rooms are not restrooms. I think our missing it.

No, you're missing it. Once restrooms are fair game, so are locker rooms. You are saying that your sex organs don't matter and you go to whatever place you feel most comfortable with. A lot of people take issue with that for all the reasons stated above.

Oh gosh- another person who doesn't realize that locker rooms and restrooms are often in the same room or connecting room! I don't understand- do these people never go to the gym? Did they not go to high school?

Are you saying you would be OK with restrooms only, ones without lockers/showers? Or are you just pontificating?

No? Where did you get that?

But the locker room certainly adds another layer of danger. Frightening stuff.

So what's your issue with non locker/shower rooms?

Oh I dunno... maybe the fact that your pants are down?

Is this stuff really that hard to figure out? I feel like I'm having a conversation with a martian who doesn't understand basic human bathroom processes.

How many walls do you need between you and the opposite sex to feel safe with your pants down? One? Two? Three? Four? ..... Ten?

Let's call a spade a spade. It's not protection "From the opposite sex." It's protection from MEN. And the answer is: as many as I can get.

Sounds like you should just stay home. Where your safe from MEN. But I would recommend a non open design home with your bathroom centrally located, surrounded by many walls.

Nope. It appears FTMs keep the female brain they were born with, and same for MTF. Hence, much higher rates of violence in MTFs. Concerning.

WTF. From the study that you (or whoever posted). Emphasis mine.

Female-to-males, but not male-to-females, had a higher risk for criminal convictions than their respective birth sex controls.

Because when a transwoman walks into a men's room, she opens herself up to violence and harassment by being a woman in the men's room. There has been a lot of violence done to transwomen in just this situation.

Hopefully, this whole trannie nonsense is a passing fad. When America was at the pinnacle of its power and influence in the 50s/60s, the country didn't have time for this.

all the time. Most of the time we don't know it because we're all just going about our business. In places like our federal agency, there are a few openly transgender women who we share a bathroom with. It is a non-issue for people who dwell in the real world where we are not looking for imaginary reasons to be upset.

Just wait until President Trump or President Cruz finds out.

It must be so hard to be a conservative. There's always something around the corner that's really scary.

It must be. Why don't you ask Caitlyn Jenner, conservative #1?

Anyone who gets mixed up with the Kardashians is not a real conservative.

It seems that many on DCUM don't realize that gender reassignment surgery is an absolute crazy endeavor, that will result in having almost no ability to orgasm, for both men and women.

For MTF, they will have a gaping wound that essentially never closes, and needs to be constantly opened with a dilator.

In the words of one trans activist, "there is no word in the English language, that I am aware of, for the smegma-like mixture of dead skin cells, gynaecological lube, stale urine (gives it its distinctive smell) and sweat that is sometimes present as a white residue on the end of a dilation stent when a post-operative trans woman withdraws the stent after dilating her neovagina."

Please think before encouraging people to have this life altering, incredibly risky surgery.

"Christopher Hambrook pretended to be transgender to gain access to two different women’s shelters. He sexually assault a woman in each one.

Pursuant to a Canadian SOGI, Hambrook used women’s attire to gain access to two women’s shelters in Toronto in January and February of 2012. Both times, he claimed to be a transgendered woman named Jessica. But he wasn’t. He was a dangerous sexual predator. Once accepted inside the women’s shelters as a resident, he sexually assaulted a woman in each of the shelters. One of the women was already a survivor of domestic violence. The other is deaf and homeless. Both were victimized and assaulted by Hambrook, who is not "transgender” but a sexual predator who, according to prosecutors, “simply cannot control his deviant sexual urges.” "
