This does nothing for me. I'll wait 30 min til the mint flavor dissipates and then I'm on to the next thing. I put on 10 pounds in 3 months. It was a mix of stress, beer, and life changes. I didn't notice it until my jeans felt a little snug. I figured I put them in the dryer by mistake, so I washed and hang dried and they were still a snug. Life changes meant I no longer had a gym or a route to run (new city, no friends), I was stressed so not sleeping, and to meet people I had been going out a couple times a week and drinking a lot more than I used to. It took me about 2 weeks to lose 6 pounds just by cutting out the beer and getting a good nights sleep. Week 3 I added in running again and lost another 2, I am at week 4 now and am starting at a gym on Monday. The nice thing about summer weight is that it doesn't seem to be permanent. |
