Frozen blueberries are great too. I mix the frozen ones with some plain Greek yogurt and a tiny bit of honey.

I'm guessing you are one of those super annoying Paleo freaks. There's about 65 calories in a cup of grapes. Very filling, high water content, antioxidants and fiber.

OP, I use My Fitness Pal. Even if you just do it for a couple of days, it might be enough to show you where you go wrong.

You're joking, I hope. Surely you don't think a sugar free popsicle is healthier than grapes!

1)Plan your meals.
2)Have quick ready foods to snack on like cut up watermelon, berries, almonds, hb eggs, etc.
3)Limit your alcohol.
4) Work out.
5) Satisfy cravings with healthier versions.
6) Stay away from fast food, or chose something from the kids menu.
7)Eat as clean as possible.
8) Keep tempting food out of sight (or just don't buy it).
9) Use smaller plates when eating (It will look like you are eating more.)
10) Be mindful when you eat. Try not to eat in front of the television or computer.
11) Stay away from all the samples at Cstco or the grocery store. Those nibbles add up.
12) EAt throughout the day so that you are not starving by the time dinner comes.
13) Eat a little healthy snack before you go out to dinner. If you are not starving, you will probably order and eat less.
