In all seriousness, OP, given your earlier issue, would slowing down and chewing your food more thoroughly help your situation? I had to have the Heimlich done on me once - a hard candy slid down my throat and just lodged there. It doesn't sound like that's the case with you - if air is getting through, enough for you to vomit, I don't think the Heimlich is what's going to do it for you. What does your doctor say about preventing this kind of thing?
