What's a good green salad to have with Thanksgiving? Thanks!

I'm the Tupelo poster. Bok Choy salad (and I use the same recipe the PP posted) seems out-of-place on my otherwise very traditional menu. But my garden is overflowing with Boy Choy. I have to get the rest of it out of the ground today or I'm going to lose it all. I've given away a ton and I'm going to make a huge salad out of the rest. It does make a really yummy salad. I'll probably add some cranberries for color.

Relish tray (sweet gherkins, black and green olives, celery sticks, radishes)
Cheese tray

Turkey ("deep fried" in infrared cooker)
Homemade gravy
Mashed potatoes
Green bean casserole
Sweet potato casserole with pecan crust
Hominy casserole
Dressing made from Martin's potato bread
Mac and cheese
Indian pudding

Pumpkin pie
Mocha angel pie (meringue crust, not too sweet)

Holy carb overload!

Some sort of appetizer (my sister is bringing this, and I'm not sure what she'll decide to bring)

Roast turkey
Cornbread dressing
Cranberry sauce
Mashed sweet potatoes
Roasted green beans
Rolls
maybe a corn pudding (probably in ramekins)

Pumpkin pie
Apple pie
Pecan pie
maybe Indian pudding

There will only be 6 of us, so I might skip the corn pudding and Indian pudding. There's only so much food we can eat!

It's an old-fashioned New England dessert. Not fancy at all, but delicious (we used to have it sometimes at my college).
Here's a link with a little bit of background and a recipe:

Well I'm from the south so now it makes total sense why I had never heard of this! It actually looks pretty good.
