Just because you became a fat cow doesn't mean you should get all nasty with your response. This was not appropriate.

Hahahahhaha. Seriously. PP must be the jealous psycho type.

What is not appropriate is walking around in your underwear. I don't care if you are fat, thin, a body builder, or whatever....it is obscene to prance around not wearing any clothes. This is not Whoreland. Strive to be a decent American. I am not jealous of those who choose to do such things, I pity you and your lack of class.

Is it 1926?

Just got back from the Bahamas. 99% of moms wore bikinis, including myself. Only 30% had perfect bodies...not including me. I didn't find them impractical at all. And even though not perfect I somehow look way better in a bikini than a one piece.

You probably know your employer best. I wouldn't care, but if they're super conservative then I guess rethink.

I would snot wear a bikini. I would wear a one piece, and water shorts.

Thanks everyone for your responses. I will admit some comments were more helpful than others and who ever wrote the post "have some decency" I agree was not helpful or appropriate!! Should I openly ask the mother this question? My bikinis are two piece but not skimpy, but I am shopping around for a one piece to alternate if not solely wear the one piece. What are water shorts by the way?? I would feel fine wearing my bikinis taking the kids to the pool alone but what if and when the parents join me should I wear a one piece? I would feel fine wearing them in front of mom, assuming she isn't a jealous person (i doubt she is). But if its me kids and dad that could be awkward... I'm not sure if I'm overanalizing the entire situation, just trying to find a solution before the pools day start!

Get the jealous out of your mind...no one cares. What people care about is you teaching their children that women are sex objects. I don't want my son seeing women as meat. I don't want my daughter thinking she is meat so she has to dress that way. And I personally don't want to be distracted by you flopping around, and neither does my husband. Grow the hell up. No one is jealous of your lack of discretion.

For all those who say their child pulls at their bathing suit. Who says the kid is going to do it to the nanny? Seriously. There is a LOT of stuff the kids I have watched do to their parents they dont do to me.

LMAO You can think all you want but I bet your husband thinks otherwise. Probably loves the distraction from the hag...I mean nag....of a wife.

You should get rid of the whore mentality. It is bad for women. All women are not scheming whores but women like you don't help. All men are not disrespectful horn dogs and some do try and control lustful urges.

LOL. Lady, if your husband is telling you he "doesn't want to be distracted" by young women in bikinis, he is LYING to you.

I'll make the introductions, Kettle, this is Pot. I think you'll have a lot in common!

Only since it's your paid job to watch the kids, I'd say wear a one-piece. It's not like you can never wear another bikini - just when you're hired to watch someone else's kids and are over the age of 18.
