Chile spiced mango (just ate a whole bag)
any of the frozen Indian food dishes (I take them for lunch and make my whole office smell like curry) the little baguettes in the frozen section butter waffle cookies made into tiny ice cream sandwiches and a zillion other things that cause me to spend $200 every time I go there

| Garlic Bread in the freezer section. It's considered a staple in this house along with milk and toilet paper. When a big snow is predicted, we run out and stock up. |
| I think the carts are more likely to tip over because they are smaller than regular grocery carts. |
It's no joke. I have witnessed it at TJ's and at least one other store where the child was hanging on to the side of the cart and it tipped over, rather violently. The children seemed to be fine but it was scary. The mother in the TJ's incident was not paying attention and she turned and screamed bloody murder but did not act. Of course the closest employee responded and many other shoppers. She just stood there, stunned. I agree any business is concerned about liability, they have hefty insurance premiuims to pay. I witnessed a similar incident at TJ's just yesterday. A little girl (about 3 years old) was sitting in the cart (back part) and when the mom turned around the little girl stood up and was leaning against the side and the whole cart tipped over and landed on top of her. It happened SO FAST. She was screaming at the top of her lungs, holding her arm and apparently had a knot on her head. Many people (customers and employees) jumped in to help (get ice, etc.) rather quickly. These things can happen very quickly. |

My 5yo daughter has flipped a TJ's cart onto herself. She knows better than to stand on it and isn't allowed to do so, but she wasn't really paying attention, put her foot on it, held the side, and wham. I doubt she'll forget again -- but it was frightening. She was ok. Thankfully I had taken my younger child out of the front of the cart only a few minutes before.
Their carts are extraordinarily tippy and I'd imagine they know that, thus the warnings. I'm shocked they've not replaced them all with slightly wider carts. |

Sorry to go all DCUM on the "I let my kid stand on the grocery cart" but I can't help myself. Please don't do this. Of course they stry to stop you--it's a liability issue. You are on their private property using their carts and they have an interest in making sure they don't have to mop up your kid's brains later or have you sue them when your own negligence leads to such an accident. Just don't do it, it's asking for trouble.
Also along the lines of I can't help myself--the chocolate covered caramels. MMMM. And chili-spiced mango. YUMMMM. |
| TJ's chocolate-covered frozen bananas are a little slice of heaven today. |
LOVE these!!!!!! Seriously, if you haven't tried these yet you are missing out...slices of bananas covered in dark chocolate...YUM! |
Yes! I just bought these and as soon as I tried one I thought I needed to come on here and let others know about them. So good and you can take one or two at a time so as a nice little treat. |
I've seen these and wondered what could be so great about them. Next time I will have to pick some up. |
There are no words to describe these...worth a trip today to go and get a box. You won't regret it! |

| My newest Trader Joe's find: they have frozen yogurt that's plain yogurt flavor, like the "original" flavor soft serve froyo at fro-zen-yo and other places, but hard, like ice cream. It's in the freezer section with the other ice cream. Sooooo good. It's tangier than the soft serve. My kids are even loving it. I've been letting them have some as an after-dinner treat, with a few berries on top. |
Yum! Which Trader Joes did you find this at?? |
