Those chocolate & sea salt almonds are truly the devil's work. And the s'mores...
Damn you Trader Joe! And damn your sample table with the friendly people offering delicious stuff that I end up buying every time. Why yes, I DO need Manchego cheese today.

Sample table people! Curse them! My daughter always eats what they offer with relish, causing me to buy the item, which she then refuses once we get it home. WHAT is that all about???

This all confirms my suspicion that I (specifically my large ass) need to stay the hell away from the store.

There are really good reasons to go there (besides all the delights mentioned on this thread).

Avocados are really cheap. There are plenty of healthy snacks as well. We buy mixed nuts and beef jerky there. Their brats and chicken sausages are delicious.

Still, it's nice to pick up a box of frozen chocolate-covered bananas once in a while.

Great selection of chicken sausages-the plain garlic ones are my favorite. Also great place for nuts-Tamari almonds at a fair price. There ought to be a law (or a commandment).

My husband and I have always wondered about TJ's employees. They are always so HAPPY.

What gives? Is it free chocolate-covered almonds? Seriously, never had bad customer service there, not even close.

I've loved reading all the comments here! The ones involving a microwave remind me of friends who've said about whatever leftover desserts (homemade cake, brownies, etc) I might have baked or they might have given me (I don't keep them around the house because I know I'd be tempted), "Oh, just put them in the freezer!" What?! That'll keep me from taking them out and thawing in the microwave?! I don't think so!

Anyone try the Kobe Beef Burgers in the frozen section? What's the 411? Sinful or strictly for virgins?

I think you just need to serve it to her in tiny cups while wearing a Hawaiian shirt.

And they always have an opinion on something in the cart! I bet they get to feast away on the delicious food. Jealous. I'm seriously contemplated applying for a job there, but then I remember that I am generally not a people person. Sigh.
