That’s now what you said. Reread your post. Nobody is saying GA didn’t approve it. You said it happens when they are going to be on the team next year. That’s not the case. Nice try though. And by the way, no shade at them for doing it, since the rules allow it, but facts are facts and you were wrong. Nice try on the come back though. |
I said nothing in my reply about them being on the team next year in my original reply. I was not wrong. The other individual replying was wrong. GA can, and must, give dispensation for guest players at events like this. It's up to the governing body. It has nothing to do with what team they will play for next year. |

People worried can just reach out to GA and request they run a compliance report to know exactly what’s going on.
Clubs shouldn’t have to reach outside of their own player pools to find players in these situations. If a club has to pull players from outside organizations at the end of the season, it usually means something inside the club isn’t working the way it should. Not exactly what people would call a ‘destination club.’ |
Clubs should make sure the team is as competitive as possible for an event as competitive and expensive as the playoffs. |
As long as no rules were broken you are correct. I’m not saying there was any wrongdoing. ECNL clubs don’t want GA players to carry them though…. |
| All local 2013 teams are eliminated. |
Yikes |
Who cares? So much of playoff success at U13 is based on size and speed. |
Tell me your kid is no longer starting w/o saying it. Big sideline hater vibes given. Last comment is grasping straws. Root for your team and enjoy the California sunshine. |
| Congratulations to the Coppermine 2012 girls for making the next round. They are a fun and talented groupto watch |
Like the kind who makes an Instagram post for everything except having all three teams finish 3rd in group? Vamos! |
So if you can’t get exposure at your ecnl club, you ask a GA club to take you with them to playoffs to get better exposure? This whole youth soccer thing is chaotic. |
. Many of these girls know each other and are friends. There are often families who choose not to incur the expense of a trip like this so you end up with a few open roster spots you need to fill for subs etc, and this is how it happens. I don’t believe it’s to bring ringers on the team side, and I don’t believe it’s because the girls can’t get exposure on the other sides. It’s fun to say you went to playoffs and the coach has subs. Win-win. Let’s move on. |
| Is there a way to watch the Veo recordings of all of these games? |
