WTF. He was threatened and attacked by a white guy bigger than himself, and defended himself. That said, I don't think he should have stabbed the guy to death. Meanwhile, I guess "stand your ground" only applies when you're white? And having all black jurors disqualified without any coherent rationale other than that they were black threatens to have Karmelo Anthony win an appeal. There are a WHOLE LOT OF PROBLEMS ON BOTH SIDES with the Karmel Anthony case.

Weird thing about a police state is that a wide range of conduct can get you thrown behind bars, so I wouldn’t be du sure you’d be safe.
