It's impressively full. I have very similar hair but not that much volume! I'd say she looks better in dark but I am remembering a precancer younger Kate so this is probably to transition to Grey without extreme roots.
This looks really good for her. Women cannot compete with their younger selves all their lives. Its ok to take on new looks that suit their situations. |
It looks quite a bit like a wig. The hairline is very dense and poofy. |
That's what I think, too. |
I also prefer darker hair on her. She looks like one of the characters on Hunting Wives- |
That color doesn't look good with her (face) coloring. |
I don't follow royals, but I think her previous color and cut was very iconic and very her. But sometimes people just need a change. |
Another vote for extensions. I don’t think it’s a full wig. I don’t love the color or the length on her, I think it’s a bit much to have hair that long in your mid 40s. Not saying we all have to get severe helmet hair cuts, but I think a shoulder length style would be better. |
bad wig that ages her. |
The wig is too horrendous to be a genuine effort.
I personally think she’s quite unhappy with royal life and subversively lashing out. She may not have much autonomy in her life (gilded cage). |
I really like her but that hairstyle isn’t right for her.
She looks beautiful with shiny, dark hair. The length is too long for anyone, but it’s definitely too long for someone as petite as Kate. Most importantly, the big curls wouldn’t look good on anyone. They are almost comical—like a theater wig. |
Too long |
I'm not sure why they alternate between telling us that she's a human embodiment of a goddess who didn't lose a single strand of hair during chemo and trotting her out in these horrific wigs.
She had cancer. It's okay to be human, have lost some hair, and be trying to get the hang of wigs. |
I think it's extensions. |
She’s been through so much, I’m never judging her hair. Chemo does horrible things to the body and mind, so if she likes it, I love it. |
That was my reaction. I hope she is doing okay. |
