I regret to inform you that this is a longstanding antisemitic conspiracy theory. Also, Stalin exiled, murdered, and imprisoned huge numbers of Soviet Jews right around the time of Hitler's rise to power, so he had nothing to worry about; the Communists had already purged the Jews for him.
