They also seem to recruit way more at young ages. The other larger teams the majority of kids at u little are from Arlington or Alexandria or Mclean or Loudoun. SYC has kids from all over the place.

They love to recruit at ages 7, 8 and 9. Can’t tell if they develop well, but winning at a young age is a good way to attract parents who like to win.
