I guess this is a useful discussion— but I’m not sure why people are having it now. YEARS ago, a group of psychiatrists and other mental health professionals published a whole fricken book about their concerns regarding Trump’s lack of mental fitness. Since then, he’s seemed to be taking a precipitous slide into dementia— and his staff is reveling in the absence of structure. That’s on top of Trump’s lifelong personality issues, racism, and general viciousness. His cousin, a psychologist, also published a whole fricken book about the Trump family dynamics and her concerns about Donald Trump’s fitness.

So, OP, I’m genuinely curious. Why are you raising these issues NOW? Did something different happen? Are people just connecting the dots for some reason? A concerned family would have taken his keys away a long time ago, and encouraged his golf game. Instead, millions of people— who somehow don’t see his very clear deficiencies — elected him as President AGAIN.

Not OP and firmly convinced that Trump possesses all three dark triad traits in spades plus some age-related diminishment, but today is different because Trump used to care about the stock market.
