Why aren't people protesting?

…”trying to control the Post…”. WaPo lost its relevancy years ago. Control social media, sure, but the Post is actually the center of the DMV bubble.

Just silently rolling our eyes isn't helping.

All he going to do is s**tpost about any protests on twitter. There is no point so why bother.

Right. Protests will only increase his mindless blathering.

I am protesting by not spending my money or my time on Amazon, Meta, X, or any company that I have seen bending the knee. No subscriptions or views for media that is sanewashing what is happening.

We will shop for food at the farmer's market and stores whose policies align with our values.

Time to to also spend less time in front of screens anyway, and more time in nature. Our money will be mostly directed towards international travel.

Clearly, the only thing that really matter is money and I intend to use it accordingly.

They won’t though. I think most Harris voters are waiting for this but it’s never going to come. All the Trumpers I know are reasonably kind and intelligent normal people. I talk to a lot of them about their views. Due to the indoctrination they’ve gotten they are capable of the most insane mental gymnastics and cannot change. If things get worse for them, they will never blame Trump. It will be because Trump wasn’t allowed to undo everything Biden did, or because the Democrats in Congress wouldn’t let him, or because of some factor beyond Trump’s control.

What bullsh#t. Everyone I know what’s to kill libs or anyone who disagrees with them. They are will run across the street to push someone down.

I imagine they'll all boil alive as the temp keeps rising around them.

News Flash:
Right now yet another actual fire just N of LA.
So far 5,000 acres burnt to a crisp.
You Democrats are the ones crashing and burning.

This fire occurred on Trump's watch.

And Newsome’s, Pelosi’s, Schiff’s, and Padilla’a.

I live in a blue state and the amount of “I don’t like Trump but…” comments I have heard are insane.

I know maybe three who think that and they are in the billionaire category. Everyone else - not secretly happy.

I’m in California and I’ve heard it multiple times. I do not think you understand the white-hot rage people feel towards the Democrats right now, right after the fires.

There are no protests here in California for a reason.

I know you do not. There is white hot rage and it is at republicans and maga. People are sick of people like you and continual propaganda lies.

Right now it's much too cold and there is also the Blitzkrieg shock. Lawsuits have been filed and many more will be filed. Trump and his goon squads will likely attack peaceful protestors. Give it time and by summer there could be riots.

Lots of farmers voted for Trump. Are you going to ask them before you buy their kale? What is your litmus test for small business owners? What small companies that align with your values offer international travel?

Are you an actual Californian? Because anyone currently living here would never write what you just did.

Nope. It’s a cult and Dear Leader can do no wrong.

You cannot tell a company to produce this product at this price in this quantity of this quality. It's a fallacy.

Your social engineering is the cause of many of the economic problems in this country. Stop trying to control everything. You're actually having the opposite effect of what you think you are.

A zillion times ^^^ THIS ^^^

Dems, liberals and progressives truly believe they’re the smartest people in the room - ANY room - and are embodying some divine right to manage everyone around them. They seem to have this bizarre sense of entitlement to treat everyone like their pet. Like the entire world is a SimCity or FarmVille game, and a perfect world can be created if we’d all just stop resisting them and do what they tell us to.

And they can’t see this. They don’t see how they look to everyone else. It’s maddening.

Considering 6 million Californians voted for Trump, not sure if that is all Californians.
