You’re not probationary as a fed, just as a supervisor. If you don’t pass probation, they’d have to put you back in your non supervisory or similar role. |
That doesn't mean you're probationary just because you switched agencies. In fact, it's normal to just have one probationary period, although some agencies make everyone (transfers and new hires) go through a probationary period. You should check. |
