Because he didn’t need to., so why would he? But she did need to go on more podcasts with a wider audience. |
Plus in fairness, he already did two national debates. Not his problem democrats didn’t like their first choice and switched. If I were him, I wouldn’t agree to a third debate either. |
Exactly. Trump is going to end up getting at least 2-3 million more votes than in 2020, so i don't know why Dems keep saying he didn't get more. Also, 2020 was a unique turnout election because of Covid, so in reality it was inflated by probably 5%. So I'm the end, Trump probably increased his voter base by around 5 or 6 million, the Dems decreased by an equal number. |
In the mood to share any evidence? Didn't think so. |
Because he's afraid of sharing his ideas with the public in a neutral, serious forum, and does better when he has Fox News screaming that they're eating the cats. |
|
Trump is a buffoon, but he's much smarter than Kamala. She cannot do more than repeat clips and phrases she memorizes. She's an intellectual lightweight with no theory of the way the world works.
The only candidate with a brain this cycle was Vance. |
She didn’t run a perfect campaign by any means, but it wasn’t terrible either. But in retrospect there probably wasn’t much that she could have done to win. |
Imagine Trump facing Putin when he was afraid to go on 60 minutes or debate again |
Putin is thrilled. |
Have you ever listened to Rogan, in full? Not snippets. He wanted a free form conversation with Kamala, her handlers refused. She is not capable enough to handle a free form interview without teleprompters or in ear communication. So many talented Democrats could have been viable options, yet she was the chosen one. Exceptionally poor plan by the democrat handlers. Glad it blew up in their faces. |
I am not glad in blew up in their faces because I think we’re all in for a disastrous four years but you are not wrong about Rogan. Her handlers acted like it was this unreasonable thing that he wanted three whole hours with her but literally all his interviews are like that. It was a huge mistake that she and Walz as well did not do that podcast. |
| Trump shoots from the hip and his supporters have already said they don't care about his gaffes and lies and derogatory words. Kamala is someone who has a harder time speaking impromptu and she would be scrutinized relentlessly plus the audience would be mostly male and confrontational towards whatever she said. |
+1 liberal politicians aren’t allowed to have the same loose tongue that conservatives have. Kamala was criticized for laughing too much. |
| Rogan was more interested in Tulsi Gabbard. |
|
I don't think it was a HUGE mistake she didn't do Rogan but I think it was a mistake the way her campaign ran.
She would not have made it through Rogan. The thing you have to do about Trump is give him his dues. He's able to shoot the shit and he's ALWAYS unscripted. He can't be on script is his prob but Kamala has the opposite issue where she cannot be unscripted. Rogan would have entailed disaster for her so I get why they didn't want her on it. However - she could have done other things. Sharing the stage with Beyonce, Oprah, et al was not really helping her cause. She couldn't get traction with undecideds. She couldn't even get traction with me and I'm a liberal Asian woman! She needed to do something like Rogan but not Rogan. Trump's campaign did everything they should have. Trump wasn't always good but his campaign put forth the right things so any mistakes he made was his own fault but the aligned him with everything that made sense for someone like him. Kamala's people did not play up her strengths (although I'm actually not sure what they were) but they were correct not to put her in disaster situations. Unfortunately, they just didn't do enough. |
