Googled his name -- it's been removed (and his bio) from the Arnold & Porter website. I feel sorry for his family, (if he is married and has kids) (think Tiger's wife) especially if he is convicted and goes to jail.

I'd be interested to hear how you know all this about her. A 15 year old who runs away from home and winds up in prostitution certainly doesn't strike me as one who's making smart, healthy choices, and rather than condemn her, I might wonder why.

What is wrong with you? She was 15 and 15 yr. olds, female and male, cannot legally enter into a constract. You don't know jher background or what wwas going on in her life. This girl will probably have to be a witness (assuming that this cretin pleads not guilty) and will be excoriated by some high price jackass defense attorney who will be asking her everything lawyer can think of to humiliate her and, at least one of his attorneys will be a woman because a male attorney would never get away such a withering cross examination.

No one said he's faultless, but I see plenty of "Yes, BUT..." posts that I find unproductive and unkind. "Yes, he slept with her BUT she was a slut." Even if it's true, it doesn't matter.
