Quality of job applicants is low, obviously. Who was his supervisor and was he trained to do any job?

It’s Afterschool, there isn’t as many adults in the hallways. Also all school bathrooms are not out in the open. The one in my school gym is kind of off in a corner.

Many predators don’t have any “look” to them, true. However, if I was in charge of hiring, this guy would be at the bottom of the list just due to his appearance. The incident happened in the 2022-2023 school year, so maybe he didn’t look quite like that mug shot when he was hired.

DP, but in what universe is that a defense? It's an explanation.

When my kids were in ES, some activities happened in parts of the building served by single-stall bathrooms. So in that instance, I can see how the predator may not have been entering a girl's bathroom.

Your PTA is the one who brings these programs in. The schools are not filling teacher vacancies with the "next whoever."
