Yes they are. Focus I am not talking about the after school stuff I am talking about the fact that we can't staff schools and we are starting to put whoever in wherever a "body" is needed.

So you're telling me FCPS is breaking the law and putting non certified or non certified in training folks in full time faculty positions? Where is this?

Yeah that’s the “teacher trainees”. It’s uncertified teachers going through an alternative program. Anybody with a degree can do it. It’s been happening at least since the pandemic. My Title 1 has several, they tend to be in hard to staff schools.

All the schools have them. Look through the staff directory at your school.

My kid was in the program that man worked with at one of the schools listed. We haven’t been contacted, but if it’s a picture taken up a skirt, how do they know who it is anyway?
