That question implies that you think predators have a “look” to them.

Many predators don’t have any “look” to them, true. However, if I was in charge of hiring, this guy would be at the bottom of the list just due to his appearance. Sling accusations of “racism” all you want, but regardless of race - I wouldn’t hire anyone who looked liked they just rolled out of a drug den. And especially for a job that involves children.

Ok, yes, that is super racist. Like KKK level.

Definitely FCPS

This is what worries me about lack of teachers....just filling schools with the next whoever.

Your PTA is the one who brings these programs in. The schools are not filling teacher vacancies with the "next whoever."

Yes they are. Focus I am not talking about the after school stuff I am talking about the fact that we can't staff schools and we are starting to put whoever in wherever a "body" is needed.

So you're telling me FCPS is breaking the law and putting non certified or non certified in training folks in full time faculty positions? Where is this?

Yeah that’s the “teacher trainees”. It’s uncertified teachers going through an alternative program. Anybody with a degree can do it. It’s been happening at least since the pandemic. My Title 1 has several, they tend to be in hard to staff schools.

They aren’t breaking the law, but they are most definitely doing this. It’s a fairly regular practice.

He also looks high, which should disqualify him from working with children.

Is that satire? Because if you would actually hire someone who looks completely strung out, then it's clear who the problem is. Would you hire this white guy? If not, why?

DP. I was a teacher trainee. I left after one semester because of the behavioral issues that were never addressed by admin. Glad I did it though; the experience made it crystal clear that teaching was something to avoid, sadly.

+1
But apparently it's racist to say that because, you know, he's black.

How is it racist? You're pretty dumb. I saw the pics, I don't care what his race is but he looks like a capital L loser and I can't believe they would hire him unless he looked more clean cut at one point.
