According to multiple articles he was taking pictures of young fcps female students who were using the restroom.

He should never have had access to girls bathrooms.

Not one person at multiple FCPS schools noticed an adult male going into an elementary school girls bathroom?

Why did this not raise any flags anywhere?

It’s Afterschool, there isn’t as many adults in the hallways.  Also all school bathrooms are not out in the open. The one in my school gym is kind of off in a corner. [/quote]
