Except she isn't drawing fouls on most of those misses and more than a few are wide open |
The tripping, hitting, flagrant fouling thugball seems to have seeped into some of the girls our U11 team. Groomed and encouraged by their parent to play that way, and the coach remains silent on it. Bad sportsmanship. Becomes toxic once the other players see it allowed over and over. Even did the tripping and ball hogging at team placements/ tryouts. It’s ugly “basketball”’when you see it. The bully girl still misses 80-90% of her shots, even unguarded. |

I attended this game and it was fun! I think some people expect a women's league to involve more coddling. Caitlin is amazing and her best years are yet to come. Rookie season is not for the weak for ANYone though. It's a physical style of play and I love it. The other W players deal with far more prejudice and I think CC is fortunately aware of this and takes her lumps in stride. |
Meh. I watched several. All repeatedly showed one play where she grabs a terrible pass as it’s going out, throws it up hoping to score and misses. Then they showed plays where she drew shooting fouls. I saw no “wide open layup” misses. But again, a women’s layup is not a men’s layup. By 8th grade my son was coached to smack the backboard on every layup, and by 9th he was able to dunk. The women’s game is fundamentally different — whereas boys release the ball 6” from the rim (at most), girls/women release it 4’ from the rim. It’s a totally different thing. |
Reese is a 44% shooter within 5 feet of the basket. There are other bigs in the 70s and 80s |

Reese is the drama queen of Nasty Twitter!
Been following her nasty attitude and personality since her U of MD days here. Can’t imagine any sponsor wanting to back that. |
I love her! |
Says a lot about you, thoughts and prayers. |
She’s not marketable. And there’s minimal ad spend in $10 fake eye lashes and gel nails. Maybe more men’s mag covers. |
Genuinely curious - what do you love about her? She seems mean and petty. |
