A dusting of snow is pretty in December. Then we're good for the rest of the year.

Um no. We still want a full on storm with 6-12 inches and a week off of school. We haven’t had that in years.

Speak for yourself. It already snowed plenty.

No normal parent wants schools closed for a week.

DP. I love when we get one big snowstorm per winter and school closes for a week. I'm a normal parent, too!

Found the person who never volunteers her time for anything.

Don't listen to Karen she probably complains about anything and everything and thinks she's the only "normal" one.

NWS now has us in 3-5”, so I’d guess they’ll close facilities on Saturday.

And maybe Sunday, too?

Still a chance it won't snow at all! Don't give them any ideas, please.

Ugh....I think they will close too with the 2 to 4 inch forecast.

They’re definitely going to close the whole day tomorrow

I think it's supposed to clear up and melt Saturday afternoon. They could probably just cancel stuff before noon Saturday but i'm 100% sure they'll cancel the whole day. Stinks because DS has a science olympiad thing and a basketball game that are both likely to be cancelled.

My kid has 3 fcybl games scheduled for this weekend -all reschedules from other gym closures. Its ridiculous. I don't know why they just can't extend the season longer.
