She's not his concern after divorcing Andrew.

Ehhhh, she only divorced Andrew for financial reasons, allegedly. They live together and she was at their Christmas walk this past year.

Still not in the inner circle and never will be.

Still his brother’s partner, and his brother hasn’t been shunned like they want people to think.

She had one cancerous mole. Charles has much bigger problems.

Melanoma is no joke. Especially on the heels of breast cancer

Do you know how common this is? Mohs surgery takes care of most of it.

This was the best guess based on available info on the other thread.

I wonder if this was part of the reason she never had a heavy royal schedule?

Wouldn’t explain William’s light schedule, he’s just slightly ahead of her work-wise.

Wrong type of skin cancer. Melanoma is always considered serious.

You don't know what you're talking about. Surgery, like Mohs, is still the most common treatment. Nobody is going to lose sleep over Fergie's moles.

+100

And also the same for the rest of her family, parents… theres no way her parents haven't gone in yet.

Was there only one entrance to the maternity hospital where she had all her kids? Photographers caught everyone visiting there, including her glam team.

Np. I don’t think you know what you are talking about. You are correct that Mohs it’s a big ordeal. I’ve had it done 4 times. But everyone I’ve know who has had ‘easy’ cases of melanoma has had biopsies of glands and annual follow ups. It may not end up to be more than mohs, but it’s still incredibly stressful with the never ending stress of it re-emerging or spreading.

Basal and squamous typically are nothing to be concerned about.

Surgery, like excision, or Mohs, etc. Just give it up. These cancers caught early are treatable has nothing to do with breast cancer.

He’s only been photographed once, and the hospital website says kids aren’t allowed.

Kids aren’t allowed at that hospital? Wow.

I know two people whom died from Melanoma and both were very fair skin and red hair. This is very sad and I hope she will be all right but Melanoma so close to breast cancer does not sound good.

I think they are using these years to focus more on the kids. Seeing how some of the Royal children have turned out, may not be the worst choice. The kids are likely to be sent to boarding school as well, so not that many years remaining. William and Kate will also never actually retire, and will work until the day they die (basically)….so might as well take more time now and ramp up later. Not that it isn’t a cushy gig in a lot of ways..but I think their overall strategy makes some sense.
