Deux Moi reported in their newsletter today that an inisder told them Kate has had stomach related issues her whole adult life and had to have part of her colon and bowel removed.

Yeah it explains why it sprung up all of sudden. Flare ups are unpredictable and can get serious very fast

I once was in the hospital for over 30 days
I had an emergency appendectomy and everything that could go wrong, went wrong. I was in so much pain that I hated visitors but never told them not to come but I was getting pain killers and making no sense or falling asleep.

When people are in hospital and are really sick, visit give minutes and leave.

If I said I wasn’t up to visitors - or was unable to communicate that myself - that would make my husband want to be there more. I wouldn’t want my father in law to show up though!
