When the Dems Lose 2024...

I think the dems will sink on third parties this election. You have Trump's base which isn't going to change but you have enough dems that won't vote for the dems because of Biden's track record and age.

I think you're wrong. I mean I'd vote for a Republican (and certainly have) but will race to the voting booth to vote against Trump. There will be as many people that do that as vote for Biden. The abortion issue will be a bigger driver for Democrats than Republicans (historically how they whip up votes). There will be Republican voters that still believe the voting lies so won't bother standing in line for a process they think is fraudulent. There will be many Republican voters that won't be able to reconcile voting for a criminal so they won't. When this is in full swing next summer, Trump's schtick is going to descend into repetitive negativity and whining, and that will turn off some voters (he doesn't even try to pretend he has a MAGA agenda any more...it's all personal grievances). The Republicans only hope is to tear down Biden so that's the playbook they're trying to run.

What is his track record?

Most Americans don’t see how open borders are so great.

Trump had four years...why didn't he fix the border?

DP. You can't be serious. He certainly gave it his best shot, only to have Biden dismantle every protocol that was working. What a stupid, stupid question.

By which you mean: he spent billions on a wall that people could climb over with a $20 ladder.

Didn’t some Trumpster collect donations to build a wall and then disappear with the money?

Yes, Bannon’s colleague: https://www.reuters.com/legal/bannon-associates-be-sentenced-fraud-over-trumps-border-wall-2023-04-26/

+1 There were four of them total but Trump only pardoned Bannon, who will face state charges for that fraud soon anyway.

If Biden declined to run--and he can still pull out--we've got Gavin Newsom, Gretchen Whitmer, etc. and a whole year to run while Trump is killing the chances of decent Republicans and, I hope, headed to jail.

She didn't fizzle exactly - she was the target of a strong and well-organized campaign by the GOP to discredit her, primarily to leave us with the weakest possible candidate - Biden - as the only choice.

She hasn't fizzled. You are just hearing corporate and right wing media minimize her at every turn. She is a black lady, we get it.

Trump's only accomplishment in his four years was funding the vaccine research/development. But he and the Republicans are so stupid that they disavow this whole thing.

No he didn't. He grifted his cronies to build a wall that did nothing for border security and has mostly already fallen apart.

Crime is half of what it was in the 1990's. Yes, there has been an uptick, but it is much worse in red states and rural areas, per capita, than anywhere else in the country, mostly because of guns.

Inflation is bad. It is worse everywhere else in the world. Glad we are here and not there.

Borders are not "open" no matter how much the right wants to claim they are. Why has the right ignored bi-partisan legislation to address immigration reform since 2012? To keep it as a wedge issue and not actually address the problems.

Illegal immigration was massively down under Trump. It’s not even debatable.

A pandemic will do that.

I’m voting for Trump, not the criminal

Trump is the criminal, or at least 91+ separate counts suggest he has a good chance at being convicted as such. He has already been officially labeled a rapist by the court system.

Where are any indictments for Joe Biden that suggest he is a criminal?

If Republicans can put up a saying candidate that won't take away the rights of me or my children then yeah I could totally vote Republican over Biden but I just don't see them putting up anyone who is not morally corrupt or bankrupt.
And yes, Hunter's been indicted but he is not the president I am voting for so I really don't care..... And to be honest, the charges indicted for is small potatoes compared to what kushner is doing with the Saudis

As long as the GOP is pushing for abortion bans, they are taking away the rights for you and your children. That won't change any time soon.

Do you have a goatee? Why do so many of you have little goatees?

He didn't fund the vaccine research development. Where the heck did you get that idea?
