She really fizzled? Or do you mean, Biden had her fizzle. She would not "fizzle" on her own, did you watch her in 2019-2020 during her own presidential run?

Yes, she was losing California to Andrew Yang during the primaries and withdrew in DECEMBER (not even making it to 2020) before that catastrophe happened. She also ran a horrible campaign with very high staff turnover and her sister being in charge of everything and being difficult doesn't help. Lost cause.
