Interesting how this forum thinks gold diggers with pre-nups are entitled to mega millions for popping out rich guys' kids -- but when it's a some wacko barren female celeb, it's perfectly acceptable for them to pay some underclass prole surrogate $100K to carry a/their baby.
Is the market value to pop out a kid $100 grand or is it $50 million? ![]() Or is there where you rebuttal that they just carried a baby, she "raised" the babies. Yeah, I'm sure there wasn't/isn't a team of nannies and servants. ![]() Maybe surrogates out to break and contract and sue the female celebs they carry a baby for; to either keep the baby or demand 100x the agreed upon sum? |
Maybe surrogates ought* to break the* contracts and sue the female celebs they carry a baby for; to either keep the baby or demand 100x the agreed upon sum? |
From what I can see she’s been with him her entire adult life and never caused him a whiff of scandal. The people here screaming their heads off saying she shouldn’t get a reasonable divorce settlement are bitter and angry misogynists, full stop.
She’s been a supportive spouse and full time SAHM mother, enabling all his career growth over the last 25 years. California courts are not going to uphold that measly prenuptial agreement which is patently unfair. As for Kevin, I cannot believe how stupid he is. He is presently sinking large amounts of his personal wealth into this four film passion project that will probably sink him if it’s not very successful- and he’s embarking on a self destructive media campaign against his devoted wife which is going to alienate a huge number of viewers. Dumb. Shut up and give her a fair settlement asap and start acting like a decent dad. |
She signed a prenup. She’s getting the reasonable settlement she agreed to. |
Agreed. I would not be surprised if the kids resent their dad for this. I certainly would if my mom was in that situation. |
Too many gold digger sympathizers in this thread.

+1000 Some bitter, bitter women posting on here. Comparing a surrogate to a woman that’s been a SAHM? Give me a break. I can’t even imagine the kind of mother a woman is that thinks those two roles are even comparable. |
K, troll. |
It was not a reasonable prenup. She has no home and 1 million for 20 years of marriage to a guy worth 400 million is not a fair trade. She came into his life and they were partners for many years. He is gross. I give her credit for finally having enough of him. That had to be scary because she knows he is horrible. She cannot buy any kind of real home with that money he is offering. |
She was 30 when they got married. She was 23 or 24 when they started dating, and apparently had met him even earlier. |
Then her lawyer should have negotiated a home and increased payments based on the duration of the marriage. Pretty common in prenups. I do think he should just give her 10M to be done with this. At a certain point it’s just not worth the effort to be right. |
The fact that she hasn’t renegotiated the prenup since the marriage is rather a sign of her fidelity than not. But it any case it is a routine thing in California for divorcing spouses - including males! - to challenge the prenup during divorce proceedings. The misogyny here is gross. |
Yes, and not win. |
