Does this mean women can start shooting their rapists and abusing husbands?
Haha, no, of course not. I don’t even need to click on this link to know it was a white male shooter and a brown “criminal” and that’s why nothing is going to be done. |
The white shooter should have just offered his keys to the brown criminal. It’s only fair. |
|
Ya know my friend did the same thing.
Tracked down her own car. She waited till no one was in the car. And drove it home. |
You should have clicked on the link. The race of the shooter and the criminal were not identified. |

What a deal...
Soon people will realize they can just start shooting their enemies, their business rivals, their ex'es, or whoever else, just come up with some claim that they stole something from you and gun them down. Dumb red state prosecutors will just go along with it, because guns, yee haw. |
Do you know that the suspect was unarmed? |
Reasonable. Who needs conflict and stress in their day? |
This is the way. |
Seems to not matter that the suspect was unarmed, if the shooter is not going to be charged with anything. It's "justice" by guns, not due process by the legal system. |
Does it matter? If the guy is forcibly occupying the victim's vehicle in Texas, lethal force is justified |
Justice the GOP way - Wild West. |
Lethal force can be used against someone in possession of stolen property? Yikes! |
Better todo a quick investigación to appease the justice warriors. |
| So there’s no more rule of law in Texas? |
|
Texas has a long history of allowing the use of deadly force in defense of personal property. It is unlikely charges will be brought in this case.
I was trying to post a link to two articles involving previous cases, but keep getting a "Forbidden" message. One was about a guy who shot a repo man who was lawfully repossessing his car and the other was about a guy who shot and killed a 9 year old girl after he was robbed at an ATM. He thought the robber was in the car driven by the girl's parents. No charges in either case. |
