We could have got the beautiful Diana as the queen and instead we get ugly betty. UK has the worse luck lately.

To be fair, Diana was nobody before marrying Charles so whatever she became, was because of his status. It didn't seem she was even attracted to him, she dated Hasnaat Khan and Dodi Fayed.

On other side, Charles would've been nobody if not born into privilege and he cheated on his wife and didn't have a backbone to say no to marry her.

Then you're not aware (for some reason) that Charles had two other rotating mistresses at the same time he was messing with Camilla and married to Diana.

This^. He just lacked the backbone to stand up for Camilla and married Diana under pressure. However, apparently his attraction to Camilla and Diana's attraction to everyone but him made him a cheater. Anyhow, cheating is historically an acceptable trait for kings.

There are lots of people with titles in UK but no one cares about them. Kate was William's college sweetheart, not an arranged marriage with someone 12 year younger he had nothing in common with.

This is how I feel too. Was the whole thing handled well, no, but it seems he genuinely loves Camilla and always has. Honestly, it must have taken a lot for him to say eff it, I love her and I’m going to be with her, knowing how unpopular that decision would be.

She better have a good relationship with Will and Kate. They can make her life very difficult once Kung Chuck kicks the bucket.

Idk, if I were Will I think I would still hold a pretty bad grudge deep in my heart, even if I was always outwardly polite to her. The divorce at the behest of Camilla is what kicked off the chain reaction of events that led to his mom’s death.
