HOV lane for pregnant women

HOV laws don't state that the "person" has to exist outside the body, and since pro-birth states have deemed the fetus as a living person, why can't pregnant women use HOV lanes?

Supreme Court rules the HOV lanes are illegal because HOV lanes are not in the constitution. Next they are going after airplanes. Yeah I am a conservative!

A child is a seat within a seat. A fetus is in the uterus, safely packaged, inside something (because lets be clear pregnant women are vessels, not people) that is in a seat.

Its the same reason an embryo can be frozen but a newborn cant. One is not a person, the other is. And yet....here we are.
