You have to be honest or messaging is horrible. Just look at the fact that Republicans get people to vote against their own interest with ease and regularity, that in and of itself proves the point. Then you add the fact that we can't even get people to show up and vote in their own interest consistently. However, 56% of Asians and South Pacific Islanders have degrees. Black (25%) and Hispanics (18%) will likely catch up when democratic policies investing in education and health allow.

Is this supposed to refute my point that student loan forgiveness is inherently NOT progressive because it is a wealth transfer to an advantaged, primarily upper middle class population? How is paying off the debts of a minority of voters who are mostly going to be much better off than the average American remotely progressive? Think critically.
