Also, I love the casual misogyny of this tweet. Yes, having people take care of your children makes you an awful, mean person! I am so, so happy for Bethany that she has found a career path that allows her to have what seems like a good work life balance. Sounds like she writes her articles in between being a SAHM and homeschooling. Not all women have that luxury. But what do I know? I'm just a mean lady who pays the nanny extra to bang my dh.

I know Bethany and her fan bois are reading this and assuming that we are all liberals who hate her for her politics and I'm here to say that's not true. I'm a conservative, married to a two-time Trump voter (I wrote in Jeb Bush both times but I live in a solid blue state so it didn't matter), and I find her absolutely unbearable to read. It's not her politics that are awful, it's just her personality.

That's the thing! They act like this thread was started to bash her on a personal level! It was started to discuss her political editorials - they are HER thoughts that SHE chooses to share. Those are freely up for discussion on a political forum. People only started bashing her because she's immature and can't take criticism.

There was a thread on here recently about Megyn Kelly, Megyn is a professional who just goes about her day rather than worrying what everyone says about her because she knows that's part of sharing your thoughts with the world!

Oh, and the best part was her explanation for this was "He could teach kids a lot about being honest about what they think!" I mean...sure, I guess? If they think hateful things? Read the Deseret article above. Pretty easy to read between the lines that she still has a lot of unresolved trauma from her teenage years. Hence the oodles of kids and her promotion of Big Family as the "right way" for women to live.

People who speaking in certainties are scary.

I do find her insistence that women have to have lots of kids very frustrating. It's wonderful to have two dc! It's wonderful to have three dc, as I do! It's wonderful to have five, as Bethany does! It's wonderful to have none, as long as that's what you want! Every time she tweets "BREEDERS WILL INHERIT THE EARTH" or "I HAVE FIVE CHILDREN IT'S GREAT I FEEL SORRY FOR PEOPLE WITH ONLY CHILDREN" I want to reply, why do you care? For years, the average American couple had 2 dc and the world kept spinning. Society isn't going to collapse because the average millennial has one or two dc instead of two or three.
