Don’t read her stuff. Don’t follow her social media. And certainly don’t come here to bash a family and their values because they aren’t the same as yours. And if your first instinct on reading this is to try to justify or explain your shitty behavior - take a long pause and do some self-reflection. You need it. |

| I love how she’s super defensive about people talking about her kids here when all anyone said before her fans brigaded was that her kids were badly behaved at the pool. That’s not an insult to your kids Bethany, that’s an insult to your parenting. |

Last time someone started a nasty thread about her Bethany's friends came here to say that she started a nonprofit that was getting kosher meals delivered to hospitals for frontline workers. Which was awesome!! But she is still a nasty person. Weirdly Bethany and I have a lot of the same opinions but I don't like her because she purposely phrases stuff to be as drama-seeking as possible. For example. I, too, think that we need to return to normal now that there are vaccines, even for kids. Awesome. Let's get as many kids and adults vaxxed as possible and move it along. A normal person says "I am sick of covid restrictions and think we should get back to normal." Bethany acts like not being able to go to a museum without a mask is her personal D-Day lmfao. |

My favorite thing about Bethany is that she didn't vote for Trump in 2016, made a big stink about how after the way Brett Kavanaugh was treated (which is to say he was confirmed to the Supreme Court...yeah, real horrible for his career, that) she would be voting for Trump in 2020, and then after January 6 pulled the "Why, I am shocked!!!! Donald J. Trump is an awful human being who should be impeached!" card. I don't have a twitter anymore but I did follow Seth. He actually is moderate and principled, Bethany's for whatever will get her attention. |

This is my favorite reply to Bethany's tweet about this thread: "This says so much more about these women. They are the definition of catty, back-stabbing, elitist, have nannies take care of their kids AND their husband’s sexual needs too, snobby b****. They are the “mean girls” of adulthood"
"These women are catty...anyway, I bet they pay their nannies extra to sleep with their husbands!" Also, I love the casual misogyny of this tweet. Yes, having people take care of your children makes you an awful, mean person! I am so, so happy for Bethany that she has found a career path that allows her to have what seems like a good work life balance. Sounds like she writes her articles in between being a SAHM and homeschooling. Not all women have that luxury. But what do I know? I'm just a mean lady who pays the nanny extra to bang my dh. |

That's literally what's discussed. Bethany and her friends are the ones who come here and deflect and distract from the discussion about her politics by saying we're talking shit about her kids. We are not. |

Weirdly, I was just thinking of Bethany today. My significant other and I were discussing those two little sociopaths who carjacked and murdered that poor Uber Eats driver in Navy Yard - I only just learned today that those girls were sentenced to a cushy juvie stay until they turn 21. This is all being funded by our tax dollars, but I digress.
Anyway, I remembered when it happened and everyone in the DC area was up in arms. What was the cause? Mental illness? Cyclical poverty? Overly progressive DC pols. who refused to address actual issues for fear of not looking woke enough? No, according to Bethany, the issue at hand was...drum roll please...schools being closed! Because, you know, we were all one teacher workday away from committing murder as teenagers. So reductive and dumb. Here was an actual chance to present actual conservative policies that would stop crimes like this from happening, but Bethany was ready to make it all about the damn public schools. |
