Ironic that iranian interference in the 2020 and 2024 election, particularly where Gaza was concerned in 2024, helped get Trump into office and Trump repays them by killing their leader and likely clearing the way for someone even more hardliner to take over.

When Iran tried to interefere in 2020, researchers caught them and called them out. Then the Benz-Weiss-Taibbi-Musk-Jordan-Trump axis labeled those researchers "censors" ... and set about defunding them and dismantling their organizations.
