Well look at that… “The United States has been moving parts of its Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) anti-missile system from South Korea to the Middle East, the Washington Post reported, citing two officials.” https://www.koreatimes.co.kr/southkorea/defense/20260310/us-moving-parts-of-thaad-anti-missile-system-from-s-korea-to-middle-east-report |
The system does not work very well. |
It works extremely well. But it costs a ton. |

At this point, iran has won.
so the question is, does the US just keep bombing for the heck of it, or what? We wasted about 14 billion dollars, at least 8 American lives and hundreds injured, got everyone mad at the US and exposed that our military capabilities, despite trillions spent over the years, are not invincible, for what exactly? |
No it doesn’t. It’s a fraud. Billions spent for something that is lucky to get 25% hit rate on dumb ballistic missiles with no counter measures. |
Interesting you provided no source for your assertions |
Will our allies go to Russia now for arms AND oil? Putin must be laughing at Trump’s foolishness |
I read this and it is all conjecture. I still don’t see how a weakened America benefits Israel. So what if Americans no longer support Israel. Weakening America makes Israel more vulnerable to its neighbors who could turn hostile at any moment. Remember that the Gulf states have made a bargain with their people: you don’t get to be Islamists or govern yourselves and we give you safety and good benefits. This calculation could turn at any moment. Their entire governments could become mini Irans at any time. Most likely they will arm themselves after seeing that America can’t protect them. |
That doesnt include the cost of tbe destroyed military bases that have been lost. Cost of this war so far above $50B+ |
