You have that reversed. She thought she was slick and could ice him out of her kids’ lives for good. It backfired and absolutely served her right. |
+1 Kelly blew it big time. The courts gave her chances and yet her ego got in the way of being smart. |
She grew up in a stable, educated, wealthy, loving family with eastern values. She makes her decisions internationally and thinks long term. She wouldn't approve of their actions. |
*intentionally |
He may well be but Rutherford did some screwy things that really messed that case up for her. They divorced while she was pregnant and when the child was born, she didn't put the father's name down on the birth certificate and failed to inform him of the birth. She also (!!!) reported him to the INS and alleged Patriot act violations, resulting in him losing his US visa temporarily (this decision was later reversed based on insufficient evidence). The court in that case viewed these acts as effort to alienate the father from his children by preventing him for seeing them altogether. That's a BIG no-no in a custody battle. The court believed that if Rutherford was awarded custody, she'd attempt to prevent their father from seeing them at all. So instead he got full custody and she got extensive visitation rights as well as the right to contribute to major parenting decisions such as their education, health, etc. There is zero evidence that Turner has been trying to prevent Joe from having access to their kids. In fact the kids have largely been with Jonas since he filed for divorce and she only took custody a couple days ago. If her allegations that he removed the kids from the UK without her permission, or that he had previously agreed to take the kids to the UK so she could see them this week and then didn't, it is Sophie who would have a stronger case for parental alienation, not Joe. |
Not to derail, but the woman who got run out of India for flaunting her affairs with married men? |
This whole ordeal is making me want to rewatch Game of Thrones.
Do not mess with Sansa. |
Did y’all catch who Sophie was hanging out with in NYC recently?
![]() I’d love to have heard that dinner conversation lol! |
That was really a mic drop photo op. Love it that Vigilante Shit.

Taylor Swift wrote Mr. Perfectly Fine after her break up with Joe Jonas. She calls him casually cruel in that song. |
Nope. She was in an abusive marriage and terrified. She got some bad advice and also made mistakes/bad decisions out of fear. Not to mention the nightmare that is family court and how abusers (especially rich ones) can game the system. In the end she lost to the relentless abuser, who took the children from California to Monaco, never to return to the US, and she was effectively squashed. Also, this has nothing to do with the Turner/Jonas divorce; the facts and circumstances are different. |
Nice fiction, but Kelly’s story and her behavior has been well documented. Her behavior was the cause of the ruling. |
Not fiction, I'm well aware of the case. But your limited viewpoint is typical. |

I still say Sophie was talking about his mother or bros on RING camera. You don’t mess with the Jonas mama. |
