+1 Kelly blew it big time. The courts gave her chances and yet her ego got in the way of being smart. [/quote]

Nope. She was in an abusive marriage and terrified. She got some bad advice and also made mistakes/bad decisions out of fear. Not to mention the nightmare that is family court and how abusers (especially rich ones) can game the system. In the end she lost to the relentless abuser, who took the children from California to Monaco, never to return to the US, and she was effectively squashed.

Also, this has nothing to do with the Turner/Jonas divorce; the facts and circumstances are different.
