Invites for 2nd and 3rd team (idk about 4th) went out the day after last try outs to returning players that weren’t in consideration of being moved up/down. If you’re still waiting for a 3rd team offer it’s because they are waiting for other players to accept or decline their offers first. |
How do you know this? |
| probably works for valor and doesn't want to admit they are not sure if they will have a fourth team. |
Thanks. My kid was 4th team (and we are not returning but did not tell coach this), he did the tryouts anyway and he hasn't received anything so I'm guessing they aren't having a fourth team. |
GMAB. If someone who worked for Valor posted here then we would have more information on the coaches |

yes, returning player though. i have heard the gold roster is full. not sure why they added tryout 3. |
| Who is coaching the 2nd and 3rd teams for 2015 boys? Do they have coaches? |
| Do players not being offered a spot get an email? |
Same question |

We registered for tryouts last year but did not attend. At some point in August we got a thanks but no thanks email.
I would reach out and inquire at this point. Almost all the age groups completed tryouts last week. |

****Before joining a team, it's crucial to know the coach's identity and their experience****. I would be cautious about accepting offers from third and fourth teams. Often first and second teams get all the opportunities - guest playing and additional tournaments. It's important to inquire about their performance in the previous season—did they advance to a higher division, and how did they rank among other clubs? Additionally, ask about their expectations for roster sizes and playing time, as well as their vision for which division they aim to compete in next year. Happy hunting!

I would disagree when it comes to third or fourth teams. Win-lose record is not what you should be looking at. That is quantifiable and easy to follow. Development is less straight but what you should be looking for if your dc is third or fourth team. |

Well if a team was playing in say division 12
last year, you would want to see it moved up a division the next year-some evidence the coach is improving the players. |
| Tryouts are completely over now right? And still no coaches hired? |
