| There is no way assistant knew Wint. There is no way Wint knew SS. He was pissed that relative was fired, did some research and went for revenge and cash. I think there was intent to murder from the beginning. No way he knew SS personally. How many of us know the CEO of our companies personally? SS had many business ventures and likely traveled or was out of AIW offices often. I don't believe that anyone in that house recognized Wint. I don't think perps knew family schedule as police first reported. I think that was an assumption but inaccurate. |

| Did he drive it to work? Isn't this car missing? |
| No doubt forensic audit being done at AIW as I write this. |
I don't agree. Mr. S. didn't know him, but everyone knows the boss. This is a blue collar business. Have you seen AIW? It's your basic kind of non-fancy warehouse type structure like you see on Route 1. We're not talking about General Motors here. I recall from a channel 9 report that Mr. S. inherited the business. And it's a very hard scrabble sort of business where you make your money somewhat "low to the ground". It's probably very hard to screen out a sociopath in that type of business-since everyone is probably pretty macho and aggressive. Wint totally knew who Mr. S was. |
| Not only did Wint know SS, he knew what he drove...or rather what he was driven in.... |

I had no opinion really about the assistant, but after viewing the video above I don't see him being involved. He seems too geeky and upbeat. Granted this is just a snippet but I just don't see that level of evil or cunning.
The article above about Wint's brother - OMG. He and a friend sexually assaulted the brother's unconscious girlfriend in a place public enough that a dad and kid saw them. Evil, sadistic, and not too smart. |
| I'm not a car person--but are you saying his car costs 700k? |
| Well I guess the name of the assistant is pretty much blown now. |
No, they run about $200k |
Yeah, been all over the web all day. Secrets are never kept long because everyone knows someone, right? |

I agree with poster who said assistant looks too geeky and enthusiastic to be part of this. This guy was absolutely loving his job every day. Living the dream. He would not kill the goose that laid the golden egg, or have any part in hurting it. I still believe that he felt honestly awful for his indiscretion sending the text; he worried that the "telephone game" may have somehow alerted a bad guy to the delivery; he was fuzzy/emotional about details (red bag v. manila envelope); he may have failed to lock the red car and fibbed about that.
Cops included these details, and the lies, in charging document, but that doesn't mean they had significance. Cops needed to establish in charging document that money was going to be dropped off. |
ok, thanks. |

That car really costs $700,000?
I think the family should offer to pay for the deceased housekeepers funeral so her family doesn't have to beg for money on GoFundMe. |
please don't post his name--it isn't fair. Any employer who googles his name will come to this thread--that goes for anyone's name on here. You're ruining someone's life. Really. |
