How will anti-vaxxers lives be limited?

Watch the business community freak out over all the $$$$ they will lose.

Why wouldn't you both be with the unvaxed people?

Everyone is the vaccinated section should be fully vaxxed.

What is your issue? The Mets and yankees are allowed to sell tickets to their fans in a manner that the fans want.

Go sit in the covid soup in tampa if you prefer. No one cares.

Nanny nanny boo boo still not getting injected. So there.

You mean, the Superbowl, where the vaccinated health care workers sat together?

Doesn't seem to be happening.

I'm the PP who wrote a long post about different perspectives earlier.

I don't think it will happen if this stays the status quo. I mean, not in a big way. If things go in a bad direction, I think it might, and I think that's likely to be driven by those who insure businesses (IF it gets quite worse).

I also think it's pretty much guesswork at this point. Obviously, we are not India, but I don't think many suspected what happened in India (even for India). But maybe they will be just an outlier.

Ummmm how about not taking an unvaccinated child to a BASEBALL GAME in the middle of a PANDEMIC.

When can we stop using the phrase “in the middle of a pandemic!” to criticize every choice another person makes in regards to exiting their front door?

My son went- unvaccinated- to a baseball game, which was fully outdoors, and wore a kn95 mask the entire time. He somehow survived, and had a great time with his vaccinated grandpa.

Probably when we're not in the middle of a pandemic.

Look at the graphs. We aren’t in the middle. We are at the tail end, mimicking a mild flu season in terms of hospital load right now. (In the US). Thanks to vaccinations!

Honestly I think you are right. If kids start getting more severely impacted, if variants start swirling that cause more deaths among unvaccinated, if there is a high level of spread, vaccine requirements in private businesses will start popping up everywhere. There will be a big market for it.

If on the other hand covid-19 dies down to a small, manageable number that's only spread amongst the unvaccinated, there won't be too much business need for vaccine bans and I don't think there will be a big market for it.

Vaccinate with caution if you have a history of severe allergic reaction to another vaccine (not including the COVID vaccines). Do not get the vaccine if you have a history of severe allergic reaction to any component of the vaccines.

So what people here are saying is that we should completely and thoroughly punish people who medically should not be getting the vaccine?

There is no component of any of the licensed COVID vaccines in the US that is in all three of them. It is exceedingly rare to be allergic to any component of any of them, and if you are, there is another one or two COVIDs vaccine available that does not have it.

The advice in bold is specific to each vaccine. There if no recommendation to avoid all three.

"Vaccinate with caution" does not mean "don't vaccinate." It means "vaccinate" and "watch carefully after."

If you have a PEG allergy, your only recourse right no is J&J....

It's a rare allergy. Let's play a game. How many documented cases of anaphylactic PEG allergy are there in the last 40 years (not in the US, but in the world)?

1. 30
2. 300
3. 3000
4. 30,000
5. 300,000

(Please phrase your answer in the form of a question, in deference to the great Alex. )

Your point is what? That people who know they have an allergy should ‘take one for the team’ because ‘we’re all in this together?’

30 people, PP. Well, 37 suspected, but on investigation, 27.

You are talking about 27 people in over 40 years. It is tracked because it is so rare, and because it is a component of medications.

My point is that you re talking about 27 people. I am sure you are one of them.
