How will anti-vaxxers lives be limited?

And should we do more to get them to do the patriotic thing?

No cruises, no international travel, no college.

How else will people who refuse to get the shot be affected?

I have friends who are all upset their kids can't live on campus next year unless they are vaccinated. I don't know what they are going to do.

They won’t be limited. I wish they would be.

Careful what you wish for OP. One day there might be a vaccine, treatment, some other medical requirement, exc. that you do not want, but will be forced to take. Your regret will come too late.

Limited by an early death from the new strains of COVID?

No one is being forced now.

They’ll just lie about it to do whatever they want to do. It’s really easy to forge a vaccination record.

+1. I know there is no realistic plan for a vaccine passport, but there should be.

You can socially shun people, of course, but the smart ones will lie about their vaccine status.

College is a privillage not an absolute. They can whine all they want but that's their "choice" "freedom".

Same with anything else they want to do.

They are making a choice. Dumber than dumb but again up to them.

I don’t think forcing it on people is the way to go. It causes mistrust and resentment. And denying college is a backhanded way of forcing it. Continuing campaigns and presenting very easy opportunities to obtain the vaccine is better IMO.

We will never have anything like Israel's internal Covid Green pass, but it has been wildly effective there.

Basically, you need to show that you have been vaccinated (and there records are centralized so there is little to no fear of people just lying or getting a fake vaccine card) to get into all sorts of places. But, because of these rules, a lot of life has gone back to pretty close to normal.

Other countries are going to demand proof as will colleges. There will be no faking that.

And if you do I imagine the financial penalties will be enormous.

Nice try. Phony argument.

They wont. Some individual businesses may require proof but not most.

But on the flip side, employers won’t provide extended sick leave and quarantine leave etc.

How are you going to enter it into the state's IIS? That is going to be the gold standard proof.
