She should already be in jail. Many women have to give birth while in jail serving their time. Should have been no different for her.
A girl I went to school with was found guilty and out in jail while she was pregnant.
I think they baby stayed with her for a bit (in jail after she was born). She was a white collar criminal and her husband was, too.
This is definitely possible in certain minimum security prisons. I think the babies remain with the mom for the first 6 - 12 mons. That should have been Elizabeth.
Except she should be in maximum security. Won’t likely happen though will it. What’s the latest on her since she was caught trying to leave the country?
Already they are talking about some hybrid prison where she only goes 4 days/week or something and is home the other days. The privilege is staggering.
At least she's IN prison. Most of our white collar criminals are not.
So true. I worked at a company where the CEO was convicted of a white collar crime. He never served a day in prison.
He stole millions and was given house arrest. His home was a 12,000 sqft house with a pool and tennis court. The only "slap" on the wrist he got was not being granted permission to travel outside of his primary state of residence. The horror!
He got off house arrest and years later, he got caught doing the same crime again. He for sure went to prison, right? Nope. House arrest again.
