This Mexico thing is overhyped. Yeah, she had an airplane ticket. But it was booked in advance and she had a good explanation (which the prosecutors would've blown up if they could've). What's more, she'd surrendered her passport. Not much of a purported plan to flee on a commercial flight with no passport.
More likely explanation: prosecutors threw all the plausible arguments they could make into that motion. Sure reads that way. She's guilty, and she should start doing time, but I don't buy this particular criticism. |

Now she’s had a second baby in a short amount of time and doesn’t want to serve any jail time due to her “two young children.” A lot of speculation whether she had the kids as part of her legal strategy.

That's one cold-hearted woman. With her resources, there is no way she couldn't have forestalled pregnancy if she were worried about the logistics of having a child while in jail. |

She should already be in jail. Many women have to give birth while in jail serving their time. Should have been no different for her. |

A girl I went to school with was found guilty and out in jail while she was pregnant. I think they baby stayed with her for a bit (in jail after she was born). She was a white collar criminal and her husband was, too. |

Just lock Holmes up already. Her kids will be far better off being raised without her. |
